WE ARE CREATED WITH GOD’S DNA – IF HE OVERCAME, THEN WE HAVE AND CAN OVERCOME!
- What is Failure? According to Merriam-Webster Dictionary, Failure is lack of success, failing in a business, omission of occurrence or performance, failing to perform a duty or expected action, inability to perform a normal function, falling short, deficiency or rejection.
Forget about those failures in the past! That is what God has done (Hebrews 8:12 KJV), and if He does not remember them anymore, why should you?
Oh, I get it, you are constantly reminded of them, right?
- What does or does not it mean to You?
The Bible says God’s mercies are new every morning. So, take God at His Word and wake up to a brand-new start. You can live life unhindered from the past.
How you feel about yourself is important! The Word said You are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. YOU are fearfully, wonderfully made in HIS Image and His Likeness! Success in inevitable for YOU WHEN BELIEVE, ACT ON GOD’S WORD AND YOU GET BACK UP AGAIN! Psalm 139:14
REMEMBER – You were never created to be ordinary; you were created to be extraordinary!
When we get to a situation where we cannot seem to get victory, ask God for wisdom. In 2 Samuel 21 (KJV), King David had to do that. His country had been suffering from a famine for three years and, so he inquired of the Lord. The Lord told him the famine had come because of something Saul had done! WOW! Saul was dead, yet what he had put in motion in the realm of the spirit was still affecting his country. David used his temporary setback to seek knowledge from God and obtained deliverance and victory.
What does that say to you?
Seek god’s wisdom, be steadfast, unmovable, always abounding and moving forward and never accept failure as your finished!!!
- How do You manage it?
Overcome the habit of quitting because of temporary setbacks.
Tell yourself I can, and I will, I am chosen for such a time as this!!!
Do not pitch a tent in failure!!! It is not your finished!!!
You walk THROUGH THE VALLEY of disappoints, failure, discouragement, lies, doubt and shame or the shadow of death (dreams, business, loved ones or any form of lost)
EXAMPLES THAT APPEARED TO BE FAILURES
Jesus:
It looked like He was finished on Calvary according to man…. BUT that 3rd day, HE ROSE WITH ALL POWER AND HE FOREVER REIGNS!!! (Matthew 27:51-53 KJV) Jesus, the most influential man that ever walked the earth and still living through us TODAY!
Thomas Edison: Edison failed 10,000 times before perfecting the incandescent electric light bulb.
Abraham Lincoln: Before he became the 16th President of the United States, he faced challenges and setbacks:
- 1818: His mother passed away.
- 1832: Ran for state legislature but lost
Someone’s opinion of you does not have to be your reality!
Your only reality is what GOD said about You!
Focus on tracking your success rather than dwelling on your failures.
You were created by God on purpose with a purpose!
Imagine/See yourself doing all things, change your inner conversations and only say what God says about you.
Change your mindset, your diet (what you feed on) and your surroundings. This impacts you in every area.
SUMMARY:
Surrender: to God and spend the necessary time with him, and ask God the How, When, Where & Why.
Surround: yourself with people, things, environment, and knowledge that impact & fuel your purpose/passion & stay focused.
Succeed: successfully get up and walk in your God given purpose with confidence, tenacity, and accountability!
REMEMBER: Success is Built on Failures. ONLY BELIEVE YOU CAN!
NEVER ACCEPT FAILURE AS YOUR FINISHED!!!
Why? Because it’s not!!! You have God’s DNA! It’s the beginning of a new thing God is and will do in and through you to have an earth-shaking finish as He did through Christ Jesus! Amen!
